Ce module nous a permis de voir l’importance de la collaboration entre les organisations de la société civile (OSC) et sur la nécessité d’identifier les points d’entrée dans les processus budgétaires de notre pays . Et surtout la nécessité d’améliorer la participation du public, la compréhension des capacités institutionnelles et le renforcement de la surveillance de l’audit

Durant des années, nous avons contribuer dans la mise en œuvre de la réforme finances publiques au Cameroun. Je vais l’avoué ce cours nous a permis de renforcer nos compétences dans le domaine des finances publiques.
Le renforcement des fonctions d’appui à la GFP, avec deux domaines particulièrement importants pour améliorer les performances de la GFP : la diffusion de l’information et l’appui à l’amélioration du système GFP apporté par les organisations de la société civile. Le cours nous a donné également les points d’entrés d’une véritable collaboration entre les OSC et les parlementaires et les autres institutions de contrôle et d’audit budgétaire/ Renforcer la transparence budgétaire, la participation citoyenne et la redevabilité.
